加州法院裁定第979号法案违宪
加州洛杉矶地区法院于2022 年 4 月 1 日在 Robin Crest, et al v. Alex Padilla（“Crest 案“）中裁定，第 979 号法案（于 2020 年 9 月 30 日签署成为法律）违反了加利福尼亚州宪法中的平等保护条款。第 979 号法案要求，截止到 2021 年底，在加州成立或在州外成立的上市公司，若其主营地位于加州，则在其董事会中必须拥有一定数量的来自少数族群的人员。
